Seek Youth (Rachael Moran)
- Store bibles inside youth cupboard section
- General clean

Kids City Snr (Lee Jordan)
- General clean

Baby Room (Kayla Sparks)
- New Carpet
- Heaters/Microwave to be place higher as it is a safety problem
- Clean up books
- Clean toys
- Couches need cleaning

Worship Team (Josiah May)
- Sort through the sound desk, chuck anything not needed
- Sort/test/ remove sound tech stored beneath sound desk
- Move sound desk gate to bottom of stairs
- Reorient stage presence and centre kit
- Create retro-style cupboards to keep stage tech inside
- Service the kit
- shield the kit to control sound
- Address kit mic setup and look at adding Vox mike for drummer to communicate with team
- Obscure tech jobs that kesh knows about
- General clean of everything

Kids City Jnr (Cherry May)
- Hot tap in Kids City Jnr room doesn’t work
- Cupboard doors need fixing
- Find where we can store the extra table and chairs, so they don’t have to continually move them into the office each week
- Move green shelves out of room
- Clean all toys
- Sort all cleaning supplies in sink cupboard
- Blackboard or black paint for the walls

Catering Team (Tristian and Marija Griffin) 
- General clean?

Events (Kerry Logan)
- Events Cupboard and possibly the books in the office?

Maintenance (Steven Dunbar and Tristan Griffin)
- Cutting the trees and bushes behind the church
- Cleaning out the shed and taking it to the tip
- Brining chairs from under the units to the shed or into the church

Bath Rooms (Rachael Moran) 
- Tap in girls bathroom doesn’t work
- Good clean of the bathrooms
- Men’s toilet, storage to be sorted

General (Cameron Sparks)
- Clean chairs in main hall and some of them are gross
- Clean tables and chairs in secondary hall
- Clean up the foyer
- Clean windows
- Clean and remove spiders webs throughout the church
- Remove broken fairy lights in secondary hall

To ask
- Men with Utes (Mark, Josh, Dan, Dave R, Stan, anyone else)
- People to possibly bring vacuum cleaners to help
- People to bring mops to help
- See if someone has a carpet cleaner

Feburary Monthly BBQ THIS Sunday!   march Yum yum yum!!! The sausages will be cooking again this Sunday after church, so plan to stay and make this most of this opportunity to chat while your family are provided for! Huge thanks to Marija and Tristan for their generous hospitality  Hey so just to follow up with our conversation today about the monthly BBQ, just to put a paper trail behind it. The board have given the approval for it to be funded by Armidale City Church and as of the first Sunday of July the church will be looking to continue hosting the event. The Men’s ministry will be heading it up and responsibility and authority will be going to them. We would still love for you guys to be involved and to volunteer within the monthly BBQ team that is now in place. God Bless you guys, Cameron Sparks

Morning Tea Runsheet

Morning Tea Pre-service checklist  Come to the Church about 9.30am it takes about 30 minutes to prepare morning tea. It is best for two people to do morning tea. Assist for kids ministry Cut up a small tray of fruit (provided in fridge) for KidzCity Jnr, cover with GladWrap and play on bench above KidzCity Jnr cupboard (in kitchen) for helper to collect. For KidzCity, fill jugs with water and place on tray with plastic ups which is found bench along with two packets of biscuits (unopened). The kids helper will bring cups and jugs to be washed after they have finished. Cups go into the dishwasher, jugs will need to be hand washed Fill up the White benchtop urn and turn to high. When it boils, return to the lowest setting (You may need to come out to the kitchen after worship to turn it down. Remember to turn it back up to high when you go out after the service, so that it is hot enough when people come out). Arrange paper cups, tea bags, instant coffee, stirring st...
