Feburary Monthly BBQ THIS Sunday!   march Yum yum yum!!! The sausages will be cooking again this Sunday after church, so plan to stay and make this most of this opportunity to chat while your family are provided for! Huge thanks to Marija and Tristan for their generous hospitality  Hey so just to follow up with our conversation today about the monthly BBQ, just to put a paper trail behind it. The board have given the approval for it to be funded by Armidale City Church and as of the first Sunday of July the church will be looking to continue hosting the event. The Men’s ministry will be heading it up and responsibility and authority will be going to them. Morning Tea Pre-service checklist  Come to the Church about 9.30am it takes about 30 minutes to prepare morning tea. It is best for two people to do morning tea. Assist for kids ministry Cut up a small tray of fruit (provided in fridge) for KidzCity Jnr, cover with GladWrap and play on bench above KidzCity Jnr cupboard (in kitchen) for helper to collect. For KidzCity, fill jugs with water and place on tray with plastic ups which is found bench along with two packets of biscuits (unopened). The kids helper will bring cups and jugs to be washed after they have finished. Cups go into the dishwasher, jugs will need to be hand washed Fill up the White benchtop urn and turn to high. When it boils, return to the lowest setting (You may need to come out to the kitchen after worship to turn it down.
